What is crazy is when you view yourself as a handyman, seek out homes that need a lot of TLC, and enjoy doing the work; then years go by and you have changed and want more time with your young children and less time on projects. As I get older I just want a new home that doesn't need so much time and attention. To each their own and in their own time.
