The East Keystone Neighborhoods are located off of the majestic Montezuma Rd, just to the East of Keystone's River Run Village. All properties in these neighborhoods will enjoy a fantastic location close to the ski lifts and village events that still provides a wooded environment at Rocky Mountain feel in a quieter area within the resort.
Properties here will enjoy quick and easy tranist to the Keystone River Run Village by any number of means! Paved, and single track paths, provide leisurley journeys to the village areas and beyond by foot or bicycle. Owers and guests love the serene environvemnt and pleasant sounds of the mountain surroundings; many paths will take you along the Snake River or surrounding wetlands that host abundant plant and wildlife. The Keystone Resort Shuttle also services these special neighborhoods for care free transportation during ski season or the summer months. If all else fails, your drive from the East Keystone Properties to the parking lots in the River Run Village will be less than 2 miles, less than a 5 minute drive -- essentially, right around the corner and down the road!
East Keystone offers Single Family Home nighborhoods such as The Alders, Dercum's Dash, The Estates at Settlers Creek, and the North Fork Neighborhoods. Each of these neighborhoods provide luxury homes with enchanting views that allow for easy transit to the River Run Village. For those that enjoy a more remote location, further up the road is the quaint little town of Montezuma; an incrdible area for those who love Keystone but enjoy a scenic drive and back-country recreating right out their back door!
East Keystone also offers a variety of Condos and Townhomes. Neighborhoods such as The Alders, River Meadows, Ski Tip Ranch, Settlers Creek, and Trappers Crossing all offer a wide range of sizes, floor-plans and amenities for folks interested in this area. Montezuma Road is accessible from US Hwy 6, so entry into these neighborhoods is quick and easy! Owners and guests will enjoy the nearby Loveland Pass for a quick and scenic trek up to Arapahoe Basin, or up and over the pass to access I-70. For those heading further West or elsewhere, I-70 is accressible also via US Hwy 6 westbound, which will lead to the I-70 junction as well as CO Hwy 9 that can take you to the wonders of the Northern Country past Silverthorne!
The East Keystone Neighborhoods offer a true Rocky Mountain feel and provide a wonderful environment for anyone with the opportunity to stay in this region.
