This week in Porter Ranch we saw 8 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from 
$610,000 - $1,270,000; for an average of $820,500. Homes were built between 1962 and 2011. 
They range in size from 1771sf - 4721sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 13 
and 185 days, with an average selling time of 53 days.
