Susan,

Sometimes, it happens, and one needs to change the feel of the home in some manner or other.  We had the perfect building for sale in Los Angeles in the perfect design neighborhood, with great traffic, parking, etc.  It sat there with few calls until we convinced the seller to paint it white, add a bit more landscaping.  The paint was barely dry and we had the perfect buyer!  

I don't know your marketplace to suggest what would make this home more appealing to a potential buyer.  If I were to buy that house, the first thing I would do is repaint it the outside!  A

The exterior is a factory impregnated colour with a lifetime guarantee.  The grey is a very popular shade in these parts whereas white, not so much.  Funny how it varies from market to market isn't it !?

I hope the new price encourages buyer's activity on this one for you Susan Emo . And I agree with Ron and Alexandra Seigel on a more neutral exterior, not necessarily white, but you mention that the dark gray color is popular in your market, so I have to think there are multiple factors in play here.  Have you had buyer feedback regarding the floor plan or low ceilings?
