This one was a worry because we didn't get hardly any buyer views then out of no where we received a offer. This is a really nice community close to everything you would want. One of the nicest community pools I've seen with a huge area for gatherings. My sellers were very pleased with the out come because they were contingent on another property they were purchasing and everything worked out pretty well despite it being real estate.
