Great invitation to Buyers to connect with a Realtor they will be comfortable with. The 8-steps process is very informative and is a great road map for buyers.

Jenna,  Fear is a big stumbling block for many. TRUSTING the mortgage and real estate professional is a big piece of the equation in moving beyond fear.

How many buyers have vanished after just one phone call with the LO?  I shudder to think...  There has to be a way to reach these people and to talk them off the ledge.

Great post and brings to light many fears a buyer may have.  Hopefully they get with a professional that can guide them through the entire process so that their fears are alleviated :)!

Keeping these fears in mind can help us keep prospects on track and boost them over the perceived hurdles.

Thanks for sharing!!!

One of the best ways to alleviate and overcome these inherent fears is to align yourself with experienced professionals that you can trust.  The two professionals that you will have the most contact with during the process will be your real estate agent and your mortgage loan officer so it is important that you take your time during the selection process!!!

Jenna Dixon - I always tell my buyers - the dumb question is the one you did not ask!

Guiding them through this complex process is what I like - and they do appreciate it, too.

Congratulations on the feature. The process of getting a mortgage and buying a home can be intimidating and scary for many buyers, but the key to avoiding that is education and guidance from those who know the process well and can help throughout the process.
