down 0.2% from April of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 4.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2016, same as from 4.0 months in March of 2016, but lower from 4.3 months in April of 2015. An average it took 45.7 days to sell a home in April of 2016, fell from 48.7 days in March of 2016, but up from 44.7 days in April of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
