I do have to clean the air filters. It is a big project but now is the time. My home was built in '88 and once we replaced the HVAC system, the energy bill dropped dramatically. We don't run the AC very long up here. I can get away with about 10 or 11 hours a day with windows open at night. Big difference from down south.
