The overwhelming emails, texts and comments, we received for our milestone of 2,000,000 points was sooo gratifying.
For some people, we know Active Rain is just "about the points"...and finding as many ways as the can to pile them up as quickly as possible and "ascend the ranks" in their states. Re-blog and "Blab Blog" , (another new expression for the real estate dictionary meaning to blog for the sake of seeing your own blog...not for what it to anyone.)
Our goal as members of Active Rain has been and is to write about subjects of interest to the community and our markets. To propel the listings of our Sellers...to demonstrate our knowledge and expertise in niche and geographic areas to be able to continue to expand our practice .
When your goal is primarily to "beat the competition" without regard to the quality of what you have to offer..we believe it says something about your motivation...about who you are and are not. Turn the mirror around...focus what you GIVE back...not what you GET back.
