That sounds quite reasonable, although I wonder what benefits there are in owning one's own town. As I recall, Kim Basinger bought a town decades ago and it did not end well.

The location is only a few hours from my home... however, we do not need an entire town, Of course with my large family it might just suit us all if we could all live in one place .. which I doubt
