Today, We have a listing process.
First, we make the appointment to preview the home with the sellers. Taking notes concerning the updates and improvements as we go through the home.
Second, we spend time at the office completing a market analysis.
Third, we meet once again with the seller ad go over the key points of the home that need improvements, discuss staging and professional photos, go over our 10 point listing process and lastly, determine market value.
Several squeezes (appointments) later, we have a sweet listing, ready to market.
