This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn the inside story from news professionals on how they evaluate material for publishing and how to use smartphone technology to create news releases that rise to the top. The media panel includes Amy Tardif, News Director at WGCU Public Media; Cory O'Donnell, Digital Engagement Editor at The News-Press; Derrick Shaw, Digital Producer at The News-Press; Stanley Chambers, Digital Content Director at WINK News and Sasha Bogojevic, Founder & Publisher of Naples Herald. 

The cost is $40 for FPRA members, $50 for non-members and $15 for FPRA student members.
