Depending on where you are at, school has just let out or about to be out for the summer.
Expect buyers to take a quick summer vacation ASAP, and then be back on a serious house hunt.
We are now in the 'buyers are on vacation' cycle. I predict activity to pick up within the next couple of weeks.
