So let me start by saying, today has been a pretty good day here at CB Leesburg. We held a workshop on Open Houses this morning. We had great participation and generate some wonderful ideas for maximizing Open House potential. The other thing that was really cool about the workshop is that many of these ideas/approaches for Opens can be applied to our kiosk in the Dulles Town Center. Tracy Horton had quite a weekend at the kiosk and as a result is now working with several buyers.
So why "Broken Record" for the title of this post? It is actually a good thing. This morning prior to the training session I was making my usual phone calls to our coop agents thanking them for writing on our listings and extending my support as the office broker if they ever need it. Once again, I received several wonderful comments about our team here at CB Leesburg from the cooperating agents on the transactions. JoAnn Hoovler, Sue Ghandchilar, Diane Northern, and Patrick McCabe all received praises from the agents on the other side of their most recent transactions. I think impressing your clients can be a sign of your salesmanship, but impressing your colleagues is a sign of your professionalism. Posts like this are always my favorites, I'm looking forward to posting the next one real soon. At the pace contracts are coming through the door, that should be real soon. Until next time. -Brian
