The number of homes on the market is 3,962 with the days on market at 65, 4% less than last year, and well within the benchmark of a seller's market. All of these statistics point to a very strong Phoenix, AZ housing market.

Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 65 (Down 3% from Apr. '15, Down 4% from May '15)
