Customers call 1-800-SELL-NOW when they want to sell their house. So, when our client is on the other end of that phone call - they are talking to someone that is ready to transact business NOW.
Time is the enemy when you are trying to bring on a new client. The longer it takes - the more your chances of getting that listing diminish.
On the other hand, getting someone to call you directly that wants you to be in their house tomorrow to discuss their real estate options - that's so valuable.
The fact that we provide this for a flat monthly fee and sell our territories exclusively makes it an even better deal for our customers.
