No Money Down or Low Down Loans Do Exist

I see many a borrower who thinks that they need to come up with a large down payment in order to become a homeowner. In some cases, that could be a requirment. But, for the average home buyer looking to purchase a single family home in which to live in with thier family, that is not the case!

#USDA Rural Development offers a program that will finance 100% of the home price. There are many requirements in which you must qualify for to get the loan, but if you live in an area of less than 15,000 people, have a decent job, but not so decent that you exceed the maximum income limits for the progam, this program may work for you!

There is also #VA loans which are 100% financing. If you are an honorably discharged VET, you most likely have this benefit available to you. It never expires! You can also use it over and over again as its not a one time loan benefit. 

The #Golden State Finance Authority has grant money available where they will give you a 3-5% down payment to use with a Conventional or FHA loan program. This money doesnt have to be paid back so its like built in equity!
