You Don't Want Me to Bring The Buyer-Home Selling Advice San Antonio TX
Unrepresented sellers, or what are more commonly known as FSBOs, need to read this article that spells our so clearly why doing it yourself and working with an agent who is representing a buyer can really work against them.

A very common saying for those looking to sell their own homes in the Greater San Antonio TX area or For Sale By Owners is, "we would love for you to bring us the buyer", or "I'm happy to work with a buyer's agent".
I know you mean well, and that you're probably looking to
save money, but honestly, I don't believe you want me to bring the buyer...why? Let me make it perfectly clear in a few reasons.
First-If I bring the buyer, then I work for the buyer...not for you. I represent them and their interests.
This is the biggest reason and probably most important to you in terms of all that "money" you will be saving. See, my job is to save them money and time. I have to treat all people in the transaction fairly and honestly and I will, but my ultimate job is the get the best for my client. This means
