ActiveRain has been built on the concept of sharing. For a decade, you have been sharing strategies that work in your business so that others in the community can chose to have a more successful business.
In this challenge, hosted by SmartZip, we are asking you what is one of your best strategies to get more listings in your business. We will take the best strategies shared and present them in a crowdsourced webinar on June 21st.
Recently, we shared a strategy the Ben Kinney Team uses to get more listings for their business. That strategy was called the 'Would Sell List'. You can read all about it here. Ben's team also uses a variety of seller valuation pages in their business and you can read about many of those strategies here.

Maybe you have a very systematic way that you follow up with past clients to ensure they send you referrals? We'd love to hear about it!
Maybe you have a really great ad that you post on Facebook that drives potential sellers to your business? We'd love to hear about it!

Maybe you have a really successful postcard campaign that you use to farm a neighborhood? We'd love to see some examples!
Maybe you target expired or FSBO listings (maybe you even find them on Zillow?) You guessed it.....we'd love to hear about it.

For Sharing Your Ideas
We realize that real estate is highly competitive. Some agents don't like to share tactics that work well in their business for fear others will do the same thing. We get that. But we also realize that imitation leads to innovation. By sharing what you do, it forces you to get better at doing it. This has been a major theme of ActiveRain since the beginning. But we'll sweeten the deal as well.
All submissions to the 'SmartZip - Best Strategies for More Listings Challenge' will receive 3000 ActiveRain points (limit one per person for points). If you entry is picked to be shared during our crowdsourcing webinar, you will receive an additional 5000 points.
All submissions to the challenge will get the author an entry to win a free year of KWKLY, a text-to-lead service, and ActiveRain sister company. One person who submits an entry to the contest will be chosen to win a free year of KWKLY. Also, one attendee at the webinar will be randomly chosen to win a free year of KWKLY.
In order to make a submission, write a blog post about your favorite strategy for generating more listings for your business, and once you have published your blog post, come back to this blog and include a link to your post in the comment section of this post.
Entries must be received by Monday, June 13th at midnight Pacific time (but I've never been a stickler for timelines....this just gives us plenty of time to put the webinar together. If you're a little late....fine). This essentially gives you a week.
