Ingredients:
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- assorted fruit: e.g. sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, sliced bananas, blueberries, blackberries
Directions:
Oil or spray a pizza pan. Spread cookie dough over the pizza pan, shaping it into a pizza shape. Cook the crust as directed on the cookie wrapper; let it cool thoroughly. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cookie "pie".
Arrange assorted fruit in circle patterns on top.
Optional:
Take 1/3 cup apricot or raspberry jelly and thin a bit with water until "pourable" and pour lightly over top of assorted fruit. Serve immediately
