Sharon Watson is one of the few, true, "South Florida" natives. She was born in Good Samaritan Hospital, raised in Palm Beach County, and graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Journalism. She has lived her adult life all across America, in Orlando, New York City, Louisville, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, and for the past seven years, back in West Palm Beach. With 15 years’ experience in the real estate business in both Florida and California, she is well versed in transaction management, deal negotiation, price positioning, relocation, disclosure requirements, inspections, and income properties. Sharon’s approval ratings are stellar (typically “10 out of 10”) and her long list of repeat customers is ample evidence of her professionalism and the fact that people just enjoy working with her. She is also an avid horse woman, with a fluent understanding of equestrian needs (and the proud owner of four of her own horses). She loves her affiliation with Homes for Heroes because it enables her to honor her father (who was a firefighter and a D-Day survivor) and give back to the heroes in her life who are soldiers, teachers, police, firefighters, first responders, and health care workers.
