I am always impressed when I see a property which recently sold and a year or two later sells again for a nice profit. In May of 2014, a lovely Coles Crossing home sold for $422,500. The owner, an interior decorator added her own flair and sold it this past month ( May 2016 ) for $480,000. The home's upgrades included a new roof, however, most of the profit was due to improved decor/increase in market prices.
