Clearly you can see that the tide is turning for active properties now let us see what it did to the rest of the statistics..
As you can see it had an effect on the Median Days on Market too. There is more inventory to choose from and it takes longer to sell the homes.
Not surprisingly it has an effect on the Sales Price as well:
I have heard people complaining that the activity slowed a bit. What do I attribute this to? Clearly all the hupala about the elections. People are becoming cautious. If you have other ideas please share with us here in this post.
Needless to say this has also had an impact on the closed sales statistics. I am not surprised.
