How to Stay Happier in Just Minutes Per Day
Here is something I read this week I think it is a good idea for some of us.
Send a quick email to someone who has helped you in the past or that you enjoy working with. Knowing that making that person feel good will help you feel good too!
Sit quietly or meditating for a few minutes will help your brain unload so that you can have a better focus on that one subject that needs attention.
Fifteen minutes of daily cardio exercising is a brain reminder that what we do to our bodies is important to us and accomplishing this goal will improve our mood.
Lastly, blogging or journaling about positive experiences allows our brains to relive that experience causing a good feeling.
