"Why the worst may be over" "The credit crunch may be behind us and earnings have been better than expected. That could lead to happier times if the Fed starts focusing on inflation." I just took this heading from CNN.com. The article tells us the we might be out of the woods if the Fed focuses on the economy and inflation. Check out the whole article on CNN.com In Georgia, as in most of the country, Mortgage rates rose this past week amid mixed economic reports and rising inflation fears. However, we only ended the week slightly higher than last week. The conforming 30 year fixed rate and FHA loas are around 6%. Now is the best time to buy a home. You can get great interest rates, and get tax incentives for years to come. Why wait till later when the market might get better?? Not to mention the luxury of living in your own home!! Waiting means less tax advantages, living in an apartment or giving someone else a good tax advantage, when you can get them for yourself Call Pamela today fo one stop shopping for a house, mortgage, insurance and closing attorney all in one location!!
