There are lots of good agents out there and some not so good. No matter how good you may be, it is next to impossible to sell all of your listings (notice that I said next to impossible, not impossible). What if you could sell most of your listings by helping out those who need help the most? The Sellers. Yeah, I know, they want all cash and a quick sale. I've been hearing that for the almost 25 years that I've been in real estate, but that's not always what they really need.
Many need debt relief and piece of mind. I have the ability to take over the payments and everything to do with the house so that the Seller can most of the time just walk away. Many times they don't have enough equity to pay a commission or if they do, for whatever reason, the house doesn't sell.
It may even be that they cannot afford double payments or the payments at all because of divorce, job loss or transfer. Whatever the reason, I am in most cases, able to help.
You may be wondering, "how can this help me?" The answer is simple, you get to help your client to be able to sell the house you have listed (if it qualifies), which in turn you get a commission and looks good putting your client's needs first. Your commission will come at a later date because I'll have to work on time, however, you still get your commission. Also, you get your name out there for more exposure and build good will with the client.
I concentrate in Union, Mecklenburg, Iredell, Catawba, Cabarrus and Gaston Counties of North Carolina, but can buy almost anywhere in the United States.
