Concurrent Closings in Sacramento are Very Doable

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Sometimes I run into resistance regarding concurrent closings in Sacramento from other agents. You know, say my seller wants to sell and buy a home, and close both transactions at the same time. When we present the offer to the listing agent of the home my client wants to buy, those agents sometimes balk at closing both on the same day. They think it can't happen.

Not only can it happen, it does happen. Over and over. You just need to handle it correctly. Much of that means staying on top of the agent on the other side, and making sure the agent has completed all duties, including turning in completion reports for repairs, if required. It's often agents on the other end who drop the ball that can cause delayed closings. But the Elizabeth Weintraub Team also has an alternate plan if that should occur.

We didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: How to Buy a Home While Also Selling in Sacramento.

Clients who are intending to sell and buy in Sacramento need you on their side Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents .  So many things can go wrong if you work with an agent that doesn't have the experience and knowledge.

Nice angle, Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents , as long as there is any contingency, you don't need to go to "pending" and the home is still on the market.

Good morning Elizabeth. They are not as frequent in the Northeast as many areas are still a buyers market.

I have done a few ...the biggest chain I had was buyer buying my listing, my sellers buying another house, that seller buying an out of state house and then the dominoes started falling ....we managed to save it...Endre
