FaceBook Live!

Video is the fastest way to truly get in touch with the people you seek to serve.

As you may have heard, audio and lighting are quite important details to consider when you are creating a video to publish online.

While good sounding quality audio and clear picture with great lighting are quite important, the conversation you wish to have is the most important detail of them all.

I have created many videos over my career, directed even more and the most powerful have been the videos that tell a story people want to hear.

There in lies the "million views" question; what do people really want to hear from YOU?

As a Realtor® I recently tried my hand with "Facebook live" streaming video. Wow that was soo easy! You simply have a conversation with the world while holding this little box! The interaction was decent (ranging from 2-4 people watching at a time) and the views from my page go up each and every day!

What I did was drive a four-wheeler around one of our ranch listings and simply talk as if I were giving a tour of the property.

The video quality was ok, the audio was ok but the response was really surprising! 14likes 4 viewers and 234 views. Not too shabby for a first time out!

Give it a try if you dare!

Steve Siegwalt I guess you have piqued my interest now with your post. I will have to give this a try. Thanks!

Indeed, give it a try! Open Houses are great places to start. Be sure to pay attentions and avoid filming personal information when inside occupied homes!

I just hate getting in front of the camera.  I much prefer behind it, but it's really time for me to get over that.  Maybe today is the day.

As Nike says, "Just Do It"!! Don't think of it as a camera, think of it as your clients and "Love" the camera used to speak with them!
