First paragraph caught my eye, "Unless you use cash, you should not make any large purchases during your home purchase." Thought bubble... um, ya better not make a large purchase in cash, either, if the cash is contributing to the DP or the asset sheet needed for the purchase! Then you redeemed yourself in the end of that paragraph when you said, "...unless you have an extra stash of cash." I think you mean EXTRA extra! Just. Be. Careful!!!!
