Hi Dick --- although inventory remains low, I do like that number of pending sales at Kelly Farm in Greeley CO.  Nothing like some good sales results to entice some homeowners who may be thinking of selling.   Although that fence is quite nice, it would be nicer to see some of them get off it and get the listing paperwork signed.

I have to agree with Michael Jacobs and Patricia Feager you do a great market report. I know from my own experience that potential sellers love to see the addresses of homes that sold and pending sales numbers can certainly give potential sellers a nudge.
