I'm not so much trying to sell this as much as trying to provide you with another online marketing option that in my honest opinion far surpasses most of the sites you have listed. Our listing formats are great and offer many more professional tools than most other real estate sites.

Much as some of the better real estate listing services do, we also syndicate to other online classified and users will always be able to link to our professional format from all of those sites.

Once you enter a listing check out the resources section. Some really great tools are located there. The walk score is my personal favorite, it populates a map using the homes address that displays all the nearby amenities such as; schools, parks, gyms, libraries, restaurants, movie theatres, bars etc... It's really neat.

The site also features a professional mortgage center so potential buyers can research financing before contacting you, in essence they can come to the table prepared.
