"The most beautiful spot"- there isn't just one

By
Real Estate Agent with United Country Ponderosa Realty, Red Feather Lakes, Colorado

Who is in charge of the lists that show up on my home page?  - lists like the happiest city, the best state, the best places for this or that, the best burger in every state, and today:  “The most beautiful spot in every State”

Have “they” been to every spot in every State- of course not.  There are so many beautiful places in the United States; to pick just one, or even just 50, is just silly.

One of the “most beautiful spots” in my area is just about anywhere on a lake,

Snake Lake Red Feather Lakes CO

or where you can see the snowcapped mountains, or an interesting rock outcropping,

or a glimpse of the wildlife, like a fox, bear, moose, or the many beautiful birds-

I especially like the brilliant blue birds…in that instant, “that spot” is transformed into the most beautiful spot- (of the day!)

We have many new residents in the area; to say they are thrilled to see the wildlife that surrounds us, is an understatement.  They share their sightings and photos on our neighborhood Nextdoor sites.  For those who have lived here a little longer, it’s a reminder of how fortunate we are to share these mountains with such wonderful and amazing creatures.

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.

There really is no such thing as the “most beautiful spot in every State”…How could you pick just one? I think that “spot” constantly changes depending on where you are and who is there with you.  The sight of your grandchild toddling up the driveway, at that precise moment, can transform that ordinary driveway into the most beautiful spot in the world, even if it’s just for a minute.

Although these spots will never be national tourist attractions, world wonders, or make the top ten list - sometimes the most beautiful spot in the world is the sight of your own front door at the end of a long day!

I help people find their new front door in Red Feather Lakes and Livermore Colorado.

You have showed photos of many beautiful spots over the years I've followed you on AR.  For me my happy, sweet puppy sleeping is one of the most beautiful sights I could ever hope to see.  My view right now is my most beautiful spot.
