Median price in April was $1,350,179. This is down 13.3% from $1,556,500 in April of 2015. 3-month median price this month is $1,162,500, the same as last month. Price per square foot in April was $577. This is up from $483 in March but down from $585 in April of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory this month is 68, the same as last month. New listings of 41 in April were down somewhat from 55 in March and down modestly from 48 in April of 2015. Months of supply of 3.8 in April was down a little from 4.1 in March but up slightly from 3.6 in April of 2015.
Market Time Days on market of 64 in April was down moderately from 91 in March but up considerably from 29 in April of 2015.
