Pheasant Run is one of those neighborhoods that people love to call home. It's located about half way between Cedaredge and Delta, so it's an easy and quick commute to either town. Traffic is light and there are good Grand Mesa views.

All of these opportunities are within a short drive. The area is doted with orchards and during the summer months, several fruit stands open up along the highway.
