The beautiful lakeside community of Norman Pointe is located on the western shore of Lake Norman just east of small-town Denver.

The luxury neighborhood is located of Webbs Road and only 4 miles from the N.C. Highway 16.

The interior lot is under contract as of June 10. Plans and builder approval is subject to the Norman Pointe architectural review committee.

Norman Pointe is zoned for Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary School and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
