The beautiful lakeside community of Norman Pointe is located on the western shore of Lake Norman just east of small-town Denver.
The luxury neighborhood is located of Webbs Road and only 4 miles from the N.C. Highway 16.
It is approximately 25 miles to metro Charlotte and 19 miles to Lincolnton. It is less than 30 minutes to the bustling Birkdale Village area of Huntersville and the other lake-area towns of Davidson and Cornelius.

Life on the Denver side of the lake definitely moves at a slower, more-relaxed pace. Amenities are within reach but you will not feel surrounded by activity like you might on the eastern shore of the lake.
Norman Pointe offers waterfront, water view and interior wooded homes and home sites. In all, the development is 58 acres with 78 sites of approximately one-half to 0.8 of an acre.
Prices of homes sold in the last year range from $307,547 for a new construction home to $1.14 million for a 2007-built 6,100-square-foot waterfront property. There are also 3 lots for sale in Norman Pointe ranging in size 0.52-0.93 of an acre – 1 waterfront, 1 water view and 1 interior lot. Prices range from 54,900 to $120,000. The interior lot is under contract as of June 10. Plans and builder approval is subject to the Norman Pointe architectural review committee.
Norman Pointe is zoned for Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary School and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
