What's happening in West Chester, PA today?

 What a great spring we are having in West Chester, it is colorful and temparate!  this afternoon turned sunny and breezy, the perfect spring day.

Spring is here, trees are blooming, house sales are happening. 

What houses are selling?  There is no definite rhyme or reason.  Hard to tell if a house is going to sell in the first week of being on the market or sell within the "normal" market time.

There are so many factors but the most important one is PRICE.......and timing.  If the house comes on the market just when someone who wants it, sees it and will buy it.

Time to take advantage of low interest rates and the Buyers market.  sometimes a house just comes along at the right price and it is hard to pass up, this year is no better than any normal year.  Buyers have to buy, sellers have to sell, it is a great place to live.
