In one weeks time I will be sleeping rough to raise funds for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help those less fortunate than ourselves. I am passionate about homelessness and in my job as a real estate agent I run a year round program of donations to SWAGS. But right now I need your help to meet my target, I need to raise $5,000 to participate in the CEO Sleepout in one weeks time and I am well short right now. Please share this email requeset with anyone you feel who would be able to help.
This is how your tax deductible donation will help.
$65 can provide a weeks’ groceries for a struggling woman and her children
$120 can ensure a family keeps their power on this winter
$250 can put someone through a recovery program offering short courses in life drawing, imovies and social media helping them to become work and study ready
$540 can provide three people with a literacy or computer course to help them get back into the workforce and on their own feet again
$1150 could prevent a family from being evicted from their home this winter
My target of $5,000 can provide warm beds for 250 men at the Matthew Talbot Hostel
