Hi everyone! I am fairly new in the real estate business. I have bought and rented out several properties throughout the last 10 years, but just last year took the next step and became a licensed Realtor. I am so excited to be in this business and am glad to have found this fantastic network! I am still reading all of the blogs that I can and learn so much each and every time. The past year has really been busy. Getting a new real estate business up and running has been an exhausting task and takes up sooooo much time. Thank goodness, we made through the first year, which has really been rough with the real estate market in the condition that it is in. Anyway, I look forward to sharing the experiences as I am going through them and hope to get to know as many of you as possible. Blog you later, Charles.

Welcome! It is the greatest business in the world! Commit yourself to education and always continue to grow. As a trainer I always tell agents don't try to reinvent the wheel. Find someone who is successful and do what they are doing! You to will experience success. I call it R & D no, not Research and Development, Rip Off & Duplicate!
