Motivation to sell must be there to get a home sold.  If a seller isn't really "in," it's not happening.

It's a great list of questions and one sellers need to be able to say yes to. As I recall Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland  asks "are you 100% sure you want to sell your home?"
