Glen Grove and MI homes

Just stopped by the new construction neighborhood of Glen Grove near Harrisburg, NC, yesterday.  MI Homes is one of builders there.  I learned that they are offering 4 new floor plans and starting a new phase with wider lots, some up in the quarter acre range.  Those are nice sized for new construction in this area.  So now they have over 9 plans with multiple elevations on each, and THEY WILL CUSTOMIZE INSIDE!  No cookie cutter look here.  So add that bedroom, bath, or move the wall whenever possible.  Plus their standard features are great, stuff like granite countertops, high smooth ceilings.   This is a really nice new construction product in the $200 plus range.  Agents keep it in mind.  Public:  remember that even when you are buying new construction, you need a buyer's agent on your side.  They have built our commissions into their price and won't give it back to you, so you might as well have an experienced, knowledgeable Realtor on your side through the whole building process.  There's lots that can go wrong from beginning to end.   Realtor's sell 75-85% of builders homes; they love us to bring them clients.  Because of that, they also treat our clients right; they want to keep a positive reputation with all the Realtors in an area.  Builders and Realtors have a mutual trust going on, and it benefits the Buyers!
