This week we look at what is arguably the most popular price range in the Bozeman area...$250,000 to $375,000. Under $250,000 we found a lot of condos and townhomes in the Bozeman area and single family homes more in the Belgrade area. Once you begin looking over $250,000 in Bozeman you find more single family homes. Most are average size, three bedrooms with two to three bathrooms. The other thing you find often in this price range is new construction! It is booming here in Bozeman and builders know this is a great price range for finding home buyers. There are so many new subdivisions and they are filling up with homes between $250,000-$375,000.
