There are many areas of the country in which manufactured homes are pretty popular, but not all lenders do these mortgages. I don’t even recall how many years we have been doing them, but a long time.
Many confuse mobile homes and manufactured homes and even from time to time modular homes. We have no difficulty getting mortgages for all manufactured and modular homes, but that is not the case for mobile homes.

As I shared with you, our company does not do mortgages on manufactured homes. If I recall, I sent you a referral a couple of years ago, that was also for a manufactured home mortgage and I know you closed that one.
He needs assistance in financing his manufactured home to his father. He owns the home and the lot it is on. I was told his father has excellent credit.
