So I wanted to share some of the answers I received from a question I asked here in the Active Rain Community. I am humbled by the incredible amount of support given here.
I am quite proficient with many programs on the Internet yet when using them I also try my best to be as respectful to my peers within the community. I could have simply figured this out but something told me to ask the Active Rain community for some advice.
I am very glad I did.
This is a wonderful group of people representing our industry and I am very honored to be a part of it.
Here was my question and a few of the responses.
Topic:
Real Estate Sales and Marketing
What is the proper way to share listings and open houses here within the ActiveRain community.

Write a blog post. You may have a template that you use, or write it free-style. Surf ActiveRain for some examples if necessary.
The Title should be specific about New Listing, New on Market, Open House, whatever is appropriate.
Use Lots of Photos!
At the very bottom of the Write a Blog page, you will see:
Post to Hyper-Local Pages
Use the drop down boxes to provide a detailed location.
Below that you see

In a blog post, then click the Localism box, and then the listing box, this will prompt you for an address.
Also features it on the right side of your blog page for the most recent half dozen of these that you post like this.

Steve,
Write a post describing your listing. There are many fine examples that you can find by reading the title on posts on Active Rain. The same goes for open houses. I hope this answers your question.
The list goes on and on with many answers simply supporting the answers of others.
Positive energy fuels positive results so for this, I thank the Active Rain community!!
