It was a little slower this week than last but still there was some activity in both condos and homes:

Plantation 1522 is newly listed for $629K, since selling from the developer in 3/06 for $536.066. It was listed several times in the past, most recently from 8/07 to 9 /08 starting at $739K and reducing to $650K.

Sales:

Alii Kai 6013 was listed for $624,957 and sold for $605K. The prior purchase was in 12/11 for $354K.

Expired:

Alii Kai 9D expired after being listed for 569 days priced at $365,700. The seller paid $107K in 10/98.

Withdrawn:

Puamana 5B was withdrawn from the market while priced at $369K after being listed for 332 days. The seller paid $296K in 10/03.

Price Changes:

Pali Ke Kua 237 made another small reduction from $695K to $690K. The sellers paid $750K in 2/05 for this unit.

4179 Kamalani Lane sold for $348,500 in 6/90 and is now listed for $1.195M.

4183 Mahina Place is now listed for $1.350M. The last sale was for $1.6M in 6/06. The day after it came on the market it was in escrow.

Contingent:

As noted above, 4182 Mahina went quickly into escrow.

Sales:

4182 Mahina Place sold for $860K while listed for $899,900. The seller bought this home for $440K in 7/99.

Expired:

5362 Honoiki, with a list price of $1.195M and a prior sale price of $400K in 12/97, expired after 357 market days.

Withdrawn:

After 208 market days, priced at $1.095M, 3815 Albert was withdrawn. The sellers paid $1.050M for this home in 2/07.

Price Changes:

Iluna Place reduced from $745K to $725K and last sold for $360K in 2/02. Now priced at $875K, 5109 Iolani Place made a $20K reduction from $895K. The prior purchase was in 10/05 for $895K.

We are past the midpoint and have recorded 50 sales on our way to exceeding the 104 of June 2015. As of today, Sunday, there are 49 under contract and 189 that are contingent. Only time will tell if we will meet the challenge.
