Ahhh, new construcion homes.  Who wouldn't want a bright, shiney and new home with details and amenities that fit your own lifestyle. It's a lot of work to research builders and neighborhoods plus pick and choose just the right colors and features all while staying within budget.  But in the end, the effort seems well worth it for most new home buyers.

New Home in North Richland Hills, TX

There are currently many choices of new home neighborhoods in the cities of Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, North Richland HillsRoanoke, and North Fort Worth right now.  And it seems buyers could easily fall in love with several of the options available.  But caution is advised for those seeking specific school districts as the school district boundaries do not follow city boundaries.   Often new home buyers in the area are restricted to a particular school district.  Are you?  If so, you'll want to take a look at homes by school boundary.  Here's a great resource if this applies to you.

Need more information? Just give me a shout. I'm happy to catch you up to speed on the current new construction in the area.  I've worked as a builder's representative as well as a buyer's agent and can give you a preview of what it looks like from both sides of a new home purchase. -Cindy
