Nice looking seafood!  I do enjoy sushi and sashimi, but I think I prefer my scallops either seared or wrapped in bacon and cooked.  I hope you enjoyed them though.

Good Morning Endre - the presentation is a large part of the upscale dinner guest experience.  I am sure it tastes as good as it looks.
