The Real Estate Market in Tarzana CA in June 2016:

Tarzana CA Market Update June 2016

Currently, there are only 95 homes and 26 condos for buyers to choose from, the best deals are moving fast so be ready to make a solid offer when you find a property that fits your needs. The market is still in the Seller's zone. 

The sales price to list price ratio was strong with condos but more negotiable with houses: 100.33% and 93.73% accordingly. 

The inventory is still tight and days-on-market (DOM) is falling. The number of DOM for homes that sold: 73 days, for condos: 39.
