Being an Internet Savvy Realtor the question always makes us wonder: are our posts being seen by people on the World Wide Web?
The Active Rain Platform is very good at giving us reassurances in the form of comments from our fellow agents and friends whom we acquired by being on this platform needless to say they are generally very supportive and positive in their comments. What about those who are not member of this platform? Well the short answer is, they read and make judgements about our character, our personalities and decide, if they want to work with us or not. Needless to say they do not always mention that they found us through our blogging or comments. They just say well ‘…I found you on the Internet…”
There is a section of Active Rain, where you can check the number of visitors who checked out your Post. This you can find out by going to the Traffic (Stats) section.
It identifies how many people actually looked at your post(s) I always enjoy seeing these numbers, the majority are from our Active Members who graciously support your writing. Then there are others who are from the “outside” I always check the numbers first, then when I push it out to Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest & FB…. I check the numbers again and the views increase instantaneously. Those are the viewers who do not necessarily comment but read our writings.

V Now the above the Statistics are the Lifetime Statistics. In case you are wondering: These are actual numbers taken from my Statistics Section. Interesting numbers in eight years I have written over 2000+ Posts and there were over 3 million views.
So if you have any doubt whether people are seeing your writings and checking you out rest assured the proof is in the numbers. Now with that said check out your own Statistics if you have not done so yet.
