According to a Texas Association of Realtors poll reference sellers here are the most expensive mistakes that sellers make when selling their home. Total Responces were from 756 Texas Realtors. This list goes from most listed mistake to least listed mistake by Texas Realtors in this survey.
1. Remodels that don't pay off. ( 140 Realtors listed this.)
2. Price too high. (107 Realtors listed this.)
3. Needs repairs/messy (88 Realtors listed this.)
4. Shoddy Remodel/DIY (62 Realtors listed this.)
5. Emotional Negotiations (61 Realtors listed this.)
6. Rejected reasonable offer (60 Realtors listed this.)
7. Disclosure issues (56 Realtors listed this.)
