1. Overpaying (mentioned by 94 Texas Realtors)
2. No Inspection (mentioned by 78 Texas Realtors)
3. Lowball Offer (mentioned by Texas 51 Realtors)
4. Financial/credit mistakes (mentioned by 41 Texas Realtors)
5. Emotional decisions (mentioned by 23 Texas Realtors)
6. Not shopping loan/wrong lender (mentioned by 23 Texas Realtors)
7. No/wrong Realtor (mentioned by 22 Texas Realtors)
